In collaboration with the Department of Public Relations, the contest raises awareness of Thai people's participation in the development of food for the future, which we will jointly develop after APEC2022 with partners in this activity.

Future food booths from the finalists Have tried to sell for real to the general public. and also have booths from startups and many future food entrepreneurs There are both tasting and to support each other. And in the event, there is an exhibition about APEC and Future Food to visit as well, which is both fun and useful.

Today, 21 teams of contestants presented their futuristic food marketing concepts on stage in front of 11 jury members, including national chefs. Foodies from the Michelin Guide Executives and representatives from leading companies in Thailand, the atmosphere is excited, tensed, very excited. Each team has 2 minutes to present and 3 minutes to answer questions from the judges.

There was an award ceremony for the Plate to Planet menu creation competition under the theme of APEC Future Food for Sustainability and a campaign video clip contest under the theme “Thai Ready”, presided over by Mr. Anucha Nakasai (Minister attached to the Prime Minister's Office). ) honored to present the winning prize, scholarship, award plaque, and congratulate the award recipients. and take a commemorative photo.

The results of the future food contest “APEC Future Food for Sustainability” are as follows:

- First Prize Get prizes totaling 1 million baht. "Team Le-Chan", the future dessert menu - sugar-reduced sweetmeat. Supplement with dietary fiber and probiotics.

- The 1st runner-up prize, received a total prize of 500,000 baht, "Team M-Fit", Wolffia Power Energy Dessert menu.

- 2nd runner-up, receive a total prize of 200,000 baht, "Team TasteLab", ProTim Magket ice cream menu
