TASTEBUD LAB was honored to serve as a distinguished judging committee member for the Final Round of the Future Food Innovation Junior Competition 2026, contributing expertise to evaluate innovative ideas and provide guidance to the next generation of food innovators.

The competition provides an important platform for young talents to showcase their potential and connect knowledge across food, science, technology, and innovation, inspiring new ideas that can contribute to the future of Thailand’s food industry

TTASTEBUD LAB and Future Food Hub participated in the BOOT CAMP: In-Depth Future Food Knowledge & Skills Development, bringing together knowledge, perspectives, and real-world experience while connecting SMEs with industry stakeholders to explore new opportunities in the future food industry.

Throughout the program, participants took part in brainstorming sessions, explored key industry opportunities and challenges, and co-designed approaches to strengthen connections between entrepreneurs and the industrial sector.

The activity also created opportunities for participants to exchange knowledge, technologies, resources, and business opportunities, helping build stronger networks and potential collaborations for the future

TASTEBUD LAB took part in organizing the Brain Camp Future Chain Design Lab, an in-depth brainstorming program under the Industry Networking Initiative for the SME Industrial Estate Ecosystem.

The activity brought together entrepreneurs and industry stakeholders to exchange perspectives, brainstorm ideas, and co-design new approaches to strengthen connections across the industrial ecosystem.

Participants also explored new opportunities for business development and collaboration, with the goal of supporting SME growth, creating stronger industry connections, and building a more resilient and connected industrial ecosystem for the future.

TASTEBUD LAB, together with Future Food Network, participated in ProPak Asia 2026 and contributed to driving the Global Food Security & Technology Forum — a platform bringing together industry leaders, experts, entrepreneurs, and technology innovators from across the food industry.

The forum created opportunities to exchange knowledge and explore new perspectives on Food Security, Food Innovation, and Regenerative Food Systems through a series of activities, including Keynote Sessions, Panel Discussions, Expert Talks, SME Lab, innovation showcases, and Innovation Tasting & Demo.

Through these activities, the forum aimed to build meaningful connections, encourage knowledge and technology exchange, and create new opportunities for collaboration, contributing to the development of a stronger and more resilient future food industry.

TASTEBUD LAB was invited to participate in Fi Africa 2026 in Cairo, Egypt, where Santi Abakaz, CEO & Co-Founder of TASTEBUD LAB and Future Food Hub, together with Foodpairing AI, shared insights on “From Taste to Value: Natural Flavor Innovation for the Next Generation of Food Products.”

The session explored how flavor innovation and technology can be applied to enhance food product development, create greater value, and unlock new opportunities for the future food industry.

Through this international platform, TASTEBUD LAB shared new perspectives on how taste, innovation, and technology can come together to shape the next generation of food products and drive the future of the global food industry.

TASTEBUD LAB, together with Bio Buddy and Future Food Network, organized the “Future Food Village” under the theme “Longevity & Sustainability” at Food & Hospitality Thailand (FHT) 2026.

The zone brought together Food × Health × Wellness × Innovation through showcases of food and health innovations, interactive experiences, and health assessment activities.

As part of the program, the Longevity & Sustainability Conference brought together leaders and experts from across industries to exchange insights through four panel sessions, covering key trends in Wellness, Longevity, Healthy Food Business, and Sustainability.

The Future Food Village aimed to create a platform for knowledge exchange, meaningful connections, and new business opportunities, helping drive the future of the food, health, and wellness industries.
